- Warm-Up (5 min): Jog in place, arm circles, and light stretching.
- Circuit (12 min, repeat 3x):
- 40 sec Burpees – Full-body power move.
- 40 sec Mountain Climbers – Core and cardio boost.
- 40 sec Squat Jumps – Lower body strength.
- 20 sec Rest – Catch your breath!
- Cool-Down (3 min): Stretch your legs, arms, and back.
